Kanban Board

A simple drag-and-drop board to visualize your research tasks.


What It Is

A Kanban board shows tasks as cards across columns like To Do → Doing → Done. Move cards as you work to see progress at a glance.


How to Use

  1. Click Kanban in the sidebar
  2. Columns you’ll see: To Do, Reading, Analysis, Writing, Review, Done
  3. Click + Add Task at the bottom of any column
  4. Give it a title and optional description
  5. Optionally set a due date, tags, or attach a saved paper
  6. Drag cards between columns as you work

Tips

  • Keep tasks small (“Read Smith 2024”) not huge (“Write paper”)
  • Limit cards in active columns to 3–5 to avoid multitasking
  • Attach resources so you don’t lose the PDF link
  • Review the board daily to stay on track
