Grant & Funding Tracker

Never miss a proposal deadline. Keep all your grant applications, scholarships, and funded projects in one place.


What It Is

A simple table that tracks:

  • Title and funder
  • Submission deadline (with countdown)
  • Status (Draft, Submitted, Awarded, etc.)
  • Checklist of required items
  • Links to documents and notes

Adding a Grant

  1. Click Funding in the sidebar
  2. Click + New Grant
  3. Fill in the fields
  4. Click Save

You’ll see it in the table with a “Days remaining” indicator.


Using the Checklist

For each grant, create a list of things you need to submit:

  • [ ] Research plan
  • [ ] Budget justification
  • [ ] CV
  • [ ] Letter of support
  • [ ] Data management plan

Check items off as you complete them. The list helps ensure nothing is forgotten.


Monitoring Deadlines

  • Red: deadline today or past
  • Orange: within 7 days
  • Green: more than a week

Set internal deadlines earlier than the official one to build buffer.


Notes

The tracker is informational—it doesn’t send email reminders yet. Consider adding due dates to your calendar separately.
