Citation Engine

Generate formatted citations for any saved paper in seconds.

What It Does

When you have a paper saved in Resources, you can instantly get its citation in:

  • BibTeX (for LaTeX)
  • APA, MLA, Chicago, Harvard, Vancouver

Copy to clipboard and paste into your manuscript.

How to Cite

  1. Go to Resources
  2. Find the paper
  3. Click the quote icon
  4. Select your desired style from the dropdown
  5. Click Copy
  6. Paste into your document

Accuracy Tips

  • The citation depends on the metadata from the original search source
  • If authors or title look wrong, edit the resource’s metadata first (pencil icon)
  • Always double-check against the publisher’s version—small punctuation errors can happen

Bulk Export

Currently, citations are generated one by one. Exporting your entire library as a .bib file is coming soon. For now, use Settings → Export Backup and convert the JSON with a script (advanced).
